The maple dragon is an evaporator (what turns sap to syrup.) The Dragon got its name because it breaths fire and according to Steve, "When I was building the dragon I was using information online from a guy who was building a similar one that he called the krackon. I just thought the maple dragon was a way better name." and that is how it's name came to be.

If you haven't noticed yet the maple dragon is handmade. The dragon was made by Steve with a lot of hardwork and skill. The maple dragon is made by stainless steel and "fed" by wood.
